D'rhon Jackson '25 Recruiting Profile

With the start of a new season I still stand on my goals.  I am a hard worker and extremely dedicated. My aunt (the woman raising me) always tells me to think of my "why". At first, I didn't have an answer to this question but I believe I do now. I grew up in a tough neighborhood of Prince George's County Maryland. It was here that I realized what I want out of life for not only myself but for people that come after me like my little brother or my little cousin. That is my why. To show them that if I can do it you can as well. I will be a good recruit because I know what my why is. I know that I can be anything or do anything that is asked of me and if I can't I will learn how. Perfection is what I strive for. Even though perfection isn't obtainable, I know I would land among greatness.  To end I will quote the great Coach Herb Brooks "Great dreams are born from great opportunity".
