Tre Conde '19 Recruiting Profile

Hello, Coaches-

My name is Tre Julian Marquez Conde, and I am a senior at Hampton Roads Academy, located in Newport News, Virginia.

My accomplishments are: 3 time Football University Top-Gun recipient for Linebacker and Defensive line, and U.S. Army All-American Combine, 2018. This season as a player on our 8-man football team, I led the team with 102 tackles, and received the teams Linebacker of the Year award.

Being a Football University Top-Gun athlete prepared me for the physical, mental, and academic challenges that I would have to overcome as a Student-Athlete. I have managed to successfully fight my way back from injuries that could have caused me to give up, but the love I have for the game compelled me to keep fighting.

Today, I consider myself a strong student and athlete able to compete in the classroom and on the field. My senior year first quarter grades, I earned a core GPA of 3.59, and I’m currently on track to exceed that in the second quarter. 

Experiencing obstacles helped me to learn that challenges build character, character builds commitment, commitment prepares you for competition, and competition has prepared me for success, as I progress to the next level in my athletic and collegiate journey.  My goal is to one day be able to tell my story on the "Big Screen" which is also why I am interested in earning a degree in Cinematography.
