Jeydon Cox '20 Recruiting Profile

I am 5 7” and I weigh 160 lbs. I am a junior at Jackson Hole High School in Jackson Wyoming. I play RB, WR and Safety on varsity football. I am very versatile, I have played QB and I am the KR for our team. My GPA is a 3.2 and I am currently taking AP Government. I am in Key Club which is a club that allows you to volunteer and help out in the community. I first started playing football when I was in 1st grade and I have never stopped playing since. I am a tough player that won't stop trying until the game is over and will go until the whistle is blown. I never give up no matter what the score is. Something I have learned through football is that you have to be determined to get to what you want and that you can t just give up on your team even if you are losing. This year we finished 6-4, 3-2 in conference, and made it to the state semifinals. I show up determined for every practice, every game and every play. Another thing that I have learned is I need to have good grades to keep playing because if they aren t good enough then you are not going to be able to participate in the sport. I also play basketball and soccer. I lettered in soccer my freshman and Sophomore year. I am looking for colleges of all sorts and am really open to anything right now. I would love to be a part of a college team. Playing college football is definitely a goal that I am determined to accomplish.
