My name is Brandon McNutt. I am very athletic and have participated in city league and school athletics my entire life. I have worked very hard over the past two years to improve my attitude and my game. My grades have increased a lot and I am very proud of my academic accomplishments. I recently completed the ACT TEST and made a score of 18, I am currently studying to raise my score, so that I can receive a scholarship to college. I have a love able personality, and I love to play as a team! I have overcome many struggles which include, people's personal perceptions, and ADHD diagnosis. I have learned to focus on my future and not my past. I have also learned to use alternative methods to dealing with my ADHD diagnosis, for instance, I exercise at least 2 hours a day to burn energy and I have learned to talk about my problems instead of holding them in. I think that as an athletic my greatest contribution is that I am outgoing, hardworking, and determined. Recently, my team was the 5A State Champions in the state of Arkansas. I did not start, but I was very supportive of my teammates and cheered them on to victory. I feel that as an athlete, a person should have the ability to take be versatile and also take the back seat sometimes in order for the team to be successful. I have subbed for some players on an AAU Team the Arkansas Travelers in the past. I work very hard at improving my skills, I recently attend the Josh Pastner, PowerHour Basketball Session, I attended all, but two due to my teams Basketball Camps and final exams. I would like to be considered for a 2 year college, or 4 year college.
