Basketball has been an integral part of my whole life. I’ve had a basketball in my hand since I was two years old. An indoor mini basketball hoop was my favorite toy and most of my memories and photos have had a basketball nearby. Basketball has taught me many life lessons, but the most important are self-motivation, resilience, teamwork and leadership skills. I am a “knock -down” shooter and team player on and off the court. I am a great listener, very coachable and strive every day to improve on my skills and abilities. I understand “to whom much is given, much is required.” If given the opportunity to be a part of your team, I will continue to work hard and put forth my best effort consistently.
Outside of basketball, I continue to work towards achieving my academic goals by maintaining a 3.5 GPA, volunteering and working with community groups to enhance my leadership skills.
My goal is to attend a college that I can thrive academically while continuing my passion of playing basketball at the next level.
