Personal Statement

My name is Cassidy Jean and  I go to Cornerstone Christian Academy. I have major goals of hitting game-winners on the college level of basketball and going to a college. I feel completely confident in, becoming a top-tier draft pick in NBA and showing the pessimists I was completely capable of achieving my dream.

I know you may hear a lot of that, and that may even be usual for you but my aspirations besides these things are completely innovative. I want my Masters in Psychology and would like to settle down with a family somewhere in this area. When I'm near my middle-aged years I want to become a public speaker because I have this fire in me that burns hotter than the sun, heightened 10x. Many of my teachers have told me I have such a  deep voice that when I speak at a calm and cool attitude I could easily get a class of 30 to listen to me.  I have also been told I could have great success in this field.

What I can bring to your table is quick scoring, strong defense with a wingspan of 6’8” and growing since I just hit another growth spur, and a strong consistent 3-pointer. I first pride myself on becoming the best basketball player and becoming a two-way elite guard. I love playing defense and getting the assignment of shutting down the opposing best player. Though I can hit my shots anywhere on the court and I can score equally inside and out and certainly, not afraid or shy of contact.   I am a versatile player with good post moves as I model them after the hall of fame center Hakim Olajuwon

2 / 2

I have a strong work ethic. It is so strong it can’t be broken by a life-changing event.  I am also strongly positive, with excellent shooting form, and big on fundamentals.  I love to set very high standards for myself and lead by example. I try to be an example of a great leader

I am a great believer in anything can be achieved with hard work of which I am willing to offer to you.

  • AwardsI have achieved the honors list twice, once at the end of my freshman year and at the end of my first semester in my sophomore year. To achieve honor roll you would've had to have al "A's" and at least on B plus.
  • Activities I volunteer in my school's local leadership program who's obligation is to form dates and objectives, to go out to churches and the elderly to serve them and just talk to them because of their past occurrences they may feel lonely. I would volunteer at my church, !st Assembly of God, the hospital and the Midwest food bank, but I don't have a car, which I can only get around by bike on which I go to the gym every day on and I try to do what I can that can cooperate with my mother's schedule as best as possible.
