Ryan Frankel '15 Recruiting Profile

I am currently a junior at palatine high school. I have always dreamed about playing at the next level. I understand that I am not going to go DI, but that being said i feel like i can contribute at  DII, DIII, and NAIA schools. I have a great basketball IQ, and can hit some clutch shots in the process.   When coach needed someone to change the momentum of the game i would play because he knew i would step up and make a big play, like taking a charge. I also that gets into gaps and gets other people shots.   My main goal in college is to do whatever it takes to help my team succeed, on and off the court. The thing that sets me apart from other candidates is my work ethic, due to my size i had to work twice as hard to prove people that i can play. In result to my work ethic  I have been voted  by my teammates, a team captain  my first 2 years of volleyball and same in basketball, as well as best teammate. That is  something that i take tremendous pride in. I also received the robin Gavin award which is given to the player that demonstrates the best work ethic, attitude, and leadership. This award is voted on by my teammates.
