Hello, my name is Riley Shepherd. I'm a 6'6"/195 lb. college freshmen SG from Leesburg, Indiana. I attend Huntington University in Huntington, Indiana. My goal is to play varsity college basketball with a program that would develop me and my overall game at a higher level. I am looking for a college that provides a competitive basketball program and best in class academics with a focus on a degree in an agriculture related field. I want to be a part of a school, a team, a culture, that is a fit for me. I always challenge myself to do my best academically and give my best on the court as a player/teammate, and there’s always room for improvement. Some qualities I value as a player, beyond physical talent, are being coachable, humble, accountable, having a positive attitude, and great character. One of the most important qualities I value in being a good teammate is putting your team’s success before your own and making sure everybody else on the team succeeds as well.
