Caleb Marks '23 Recruiting Profile

I am always eager to learn new aspects of the game, and learn from past experiences. I also look at a lost game as lesson for what to do better in the next game. I am resilient, persistent and diligent. The game of basketball has also been my primary focus along doing well in my academics. That being said, I always go the extra mile to better myself in every way possible, whether that be being the first person to arrive to the gym and the last person to leave the gym. I have played in the Sasol U19 tournament in 2019 (our team made it to the semi-finals)as well as the FIBA 3x3 in 2020. I’ve been playing for Wits Academy a university club from 2019-2022 where I also had the opportunity to practice with the Wits 1st team basketball. I always enter the court with a "can do" attitude whether it be just a normal practice or championship finals game
