It is my goal to play basketball at the next level, especially at the Division 1 level. What sets me apart is my hunger to succeed, which pushes me to work as hard as possible to stand out, whether that means hustling for the loose ball or boxing out to create space for a rebound. In my freshman year, my work ethic allowed me to start on my high school JV team as well as join a club team in the 3SSB circuit. This also helps me academically, as I maintain a 4.43 weighted GPA, showcasing my ability to excel on the court while standing out in the classroom. I also participate in chamber and marching bands. The marching band helps me to build community, while the chamber band helps me to work on skill and connection in a small group. My goals are both to start on my varsity team and to be a star player who can lead the team to many achievements. I will also continue to succeed academically while balancing athletics and extracurricular activities.
