John Morris '20 Recruiting Profile

I haven’t always been very good at basketball, in fact, it wasn’t ever my primary sport until a few years ago. I fell in love with the game in 8th grade, but my dad had already passed away. My father died when I was in 4th grade. It was devastating but, eventually, without forgeting him, I moved on. Through basketball I’ve found that I'm extremely competitive, sometimes too competitive. I think this is also why my friends are all crazy competitive, because anyone else would get tired of the itensity. I want to play in college because, my dad never got to see my passion for the game, and one thing he wanted was for me to be passionate. I want to play on the collegiant level to show everyone my love for the game.  Thank you.
