Samuel Olson '21 Recruiting Profile

Ever since I can remember I have been playing sports. If I wasn't playing, I was watching my sisters play, or watching my parents coach.  I am a driven, passionate team player first and foremost. I am not the guy on the team that is always in the star position, but I am a difference and play-maker. I am a leader on my team. I have high expectations of myself and am very coachable. I have a strong desire to make my entire team a winning team.  I am a reliable, dependable, strong player. I have been told that I set the tone of the game for my teammates.  I am a versatile player. I have strong hands, and a proven track record of being a leading rebounder and scorer for my team. In addition, I can play both a power forward position with outside shooting skills as well as play a strong post position inside. 

Academically I excel in math and sciences. I push myself to take challenging courses, and will be attending college classes while a Junior in highschool. I am driven to attend a college where not only can I play a sport I love, but also receive an education that will set me up for a successful career.
