Jesse Sanders '13 Recruiting Profile

My love for the game of basketball is unmatched. I have had a life long dream of playing at the collegeate level. I believe that hard work and discipline are the way to that level. I am totally commited to fulfilling my dream. I made my high school varsity team as a Freshman. I was the first at our school to do that in a very long time. I have started every game since my Freshman year on the varsity team at point guard.My work ethic is unmatched and I'm always first on the court and last to leave.My strengths are in ball handling and scoring. I have an excellent 3 point shooting percentage and I am becoming an outstanding free throw shooter. My defence is good and I am working very hard to improve my speed and strength. I am a TEAM player and take pride in my passing skills. The statistic I am usually most interested in is my assist to turnover ratio. I average just under one turnover per game while my assists are at just over four per game.I am open to any and all schools. I want to play for a team where I can make an impact and hopefully help the team to have success. I can definately be a team leader as I have been Captain of my team now for two years going into my senior year.My goal is to get a good education and become a basketball coach eventually at the college level.
