TJ O'Connell '22 Recruiting Profile

My goal throughout my basketball career, is to play at the highest level I possibly can, but most importantly get the best education I can while playing. I have had a passion for the sport since before I can remember and am also surrounded by family members playing as well. Some notable family members are my cousin Alex O'Connell who plays at Duke and my grandfather Tim O'Connell who played at Xavier. I am in the gym, playing ball, or lifting every day of the week to become the best player and athlete I can be. I also take my academics very seriously. I currently hold a GPA of over 4 at Bedford High School and I am challenging myself with honors and IB classes. I would love to use my academic and athletic skill sets together to find the best and right fit for me at the college level. I would love to play at the highest academic level I possibly can to prepare myself for life after school.
