My Goals and Aspirations:
My goals are to stay academically involved in my education career, but also to have a great athletic career. My aspiration is to be successful in life, play college basketball, and then pursue my goals and future.
What makes you a good candidate for their team?
My ability to maintain good grades and a high GPA and still perform academically and athletically makes me a good candidate for a team. I am a great team player. I am a leader and very versatile. I am also a quick learner on and off of the court. I reached 1,000 high school career points on 1/30/18 and is the highest leading scorer in the history of West Ashley High School basketball program finishing my high school career with a total of 1,091 points.
What makes you different from other recruits in character, athletics and academics?
I don't necessarily want to say that I am different from other recruits, but I can definitely say that I am a great role model. I will and can make sure that we play together as a team. I am an all-around athlete that will definitely step up to the plate and get the job done. My motivation for the love of basketball have definitely change my aspects/views on a lot of things. Wherever I go, I want to be the best team player and not to think of self. We are a team, so we should always play as a team.

- First tournament for travel season in Columbia, Skylar Williams (16U) made his presence felt at the Big Shots SC Tip-Off and was selected to the all tournament team. Skylar is ranked one of the top 50 in Big Shots 2018 for South Carolina. Skylar was named Big Shots MVP for the championship game in Richmond, Va on July 17, 2016.

Skylar was a top shooter in camp, able to hit contested shots at a high rate off the catch/dribble. Knockdown shooter was MVP at BIG SHOTS VA Live 2016. Combo does nice job running the team, pushes/sprays ball up court. Top 30 BIG SHOTS SC 2018. BIG SHOTS ALL AMERICAN.
