Personal Statement
I have been playing basketball, both club and for school since I was in 6th grade. I've always done my best to be a leader on the court and offer positive sportsmanship toward my team and show respect to opposing teams as well. This past year, I experienced an ankle injury which showed me my true love and passion for basketball. I have never been more determined to work hard than I am now, and I will never take for granted my ability to play or my love for the sport.
