Vinh Nguyen '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Vinh Nguyen and I am currently seeking an opportunity to play high-level collegiate basketball. I am a 6'1 170lbs guard born and raised in Toronto, Ontario and am currently a grade 12 post grad student in the class of 2025. I would say that I am always giving 110% whenever I'm on the floor without caring what the score is, and when I'm off-court you can see me always supporting my teammates and being a leader for them. 

I currently play for William Academy on a national schedule to showcase my skills against good competition, I previously attended V3 Prep in the first semester and Springfield Commonwealth Academy in Massachusetts under the Power 5 AAA NEPSAC in 2023.  

My coaches and teammates would vouch that I always bring intensity on the defensive end and am a big pest, and always put my body on the line. As another thing I can bring to the table is to knock down open shots and create for others as well as I can create for myself, looking to create advantages for my team. A quote that always sticks with me is that " Success never rewards the wrong person ", so what I believe is that if I keep on working something that is meant for me would come. 

I would be happy to be playing at any collegiate level in the next few years as I love the game of basketball.
