One of my collegiate goals that I have is to attend a christian university. The most important thing in my life is my relationship with God. I would love to be at a school that is centered around God and christian values. I feel like God has called me into the ministry. Which kind of ministry is still unclear but I'm constantly listening to his voice and trying to figure that out.
Basketball is something that has kind of always been here for me. It brings me great joy to be able to play the sport. Now I know that my numbers and stats may not be as glamorous as most of the other players you see, but I do feel like I bring things beyond stats to the table. I have always been a hard worker, and I consider myself more of a role player than a star of the team. I enjoy scoring but most of my energy is spent on setting other people up for chances to score. One of the ways that I do that is through passing. Passing the ball around the court and getting the ball to where it needs to be is something I'd say I am above average at. Another thing that I believe that I bring to the table is sportsmanship. A lot of people actually believe that "talking trash" is a part of basketball, but I think people should talk with their actions and not their mouth. Confidence is quiet, insecurity is loud.
