Hello!
I go by Kovu.
The Pandemic of 2020 inspired me to start taking Basketball more seriously and I decided to make College Basketball my goal. Seeing all those talented guys play in The NBA Bubble with no crowd, just real basketball, it excited me to go out there and challenge myself to get to an elite level. I did not play Freshman-Sophomore Year of Highschool. I had no basketball experience outside of just playing for small organized leagues and a couple of training sessions. I transferred from Churchill High School to Saint Mary's Hall post-sophomore year. I am not used to the change of environment, it's very fast-paced because it's a College Preparatory School, but I know in the end it will get me to where I need to go! I played Varsity for the first time Junior year and had to learn in less than 1 year what others had learned in middle school, so I'm pretty new to the sport but I'm really loving the fluidity of it all. I am not satisfied with my current GPA/Grades and do not feel it accurately reflects my work ethic, but I know I am at a better institution regarding my education. I have always played a big role in the post, but I hope to learn more about perimeter at the next level!
