Gabriel Sever '23 Recruiting Profile

I've always set a goal to go to college after high school and it has been my dream to continue playing basketball during that time. I love basketball and have played since I was very young. Although this does not set me apart, I work hard, my team and my coach can depend on me to be able to play any position and be a support to my team anywhere I am needed. I grew up playing point guard and shooting guard, but have also played small forward and due to the small size of my team, I have stepped up and played power forward and at times center. I am a hard worker. I recognize that sometimes life isn't fair, but I understand that and it has made me work hard despite the challenges. I am a good student as well and excel in all my classes which include Honors Math, Spanish V,  Language Arts, History, and Orchestra and have registered for several AP and college level classes for next year.  I am also an Eagle Scout and do my best each day to be a good example and lift those around me.
