I began playing basketball seriously at the age of 10 and knew that this was the sport I was meant to play all along. I have put in countless hours of extreme hard work and dedication ever since I started playing basketball. Basketball has become a huge part of my life and is something I am very passionate and ambitious about. I have realized I would do anything to be able to play this amazing sport at the collegiate level. I have been a part of many basketball camps such as WSU, Gonzaga, Oregon Prep, Hoop Source, Skyview High School, and Kingsway Christian High School. I have excellent ball handling skills, accurate shooting abilities, and am very fast and agile on the court. I am exceptionally hardworking and very coachable. I am a team leader and lead my team by example while also providing encouragement and praise to my teammates. Any person would be able to confirm that I am one of the most dedicated members of any team I have played on.
Off the court, you can find the same level of dedication put toward basketball as to my studies. I work hard to maintain a high GPA of 3.5 and above at all times. I also help at many basketball camps in my free time. I have volunteered and coached youth camps such as Future Storm basketball at Skyview High School, Kingsway Knights, and Dan Dickau Basketball.
I want to attend a college where I can challenge myself on and off the court. I plan to pursue a degree in sports medicine as well as play on a team with the highest level of competition possible. I aim to be an excellent role model for others as well as make my family and myself proud of my accomplishments.
