2015 HighlightsPersonal Statement
My name is Beau Reeves and I am a point guard of the 2016 class from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I currently attend Wayland Academy, a college preparatory school. It is my dream to compete in basketball at the collegiate level and help bring my team to glory.
I made varsity my sophomore year, but I came off the bench. I became a starter my Junior year. My first game as a starter I scored 31 points to start the season. I ended the season averaging 14.2 ppg, 6 rpg, and 1.2 apg.
I am currently the Captain of the basketball team. I give 110% on the court and in the classroom. My dream is to be a collegiate basketball player and I have always been dedicated into making my dream into a reality. I believe that it is the name on the front of the jersey that matters most. I am willing to do whatever it takes to help lead my team to a victory.
I also participate in track and field to stay conditioned for basketball. I compete in the 400m dash and the 400m relay, my 400m time is 53.8 seconds.

- AwardsI attended St. John's NW Military Academy for 8th and 9th grade and I maintained a B average. I was offered a scholarship to Wayland Academy so I transferred my sophomore year because Wayland Academy has a much stronger academic program. In the fall of 2013, I worked hard to adjust to the rigorous academic standards at Wayland. This semester, Spring 2014, I have managed to bring up my grades and will continue to do so the remainder of the semester. I intend to enter my junior year with a strong B average.
