Jai Bahl '23 Recruiting Profile

My aspiration is to be a professional golfer on the PGA tour and before that play for a great golf college where I am consistently playing competitive golf and not sitting on the bench.  
What makes me different and a better candidate is my grit and passion for the sport. I was introduced to the sport at the age of 2 and played my first tournament just a couple years later. I work hard in achieving a stronger body,a better mindset and the “perfect” swing. I also believe golf isn’t only about your score but what you do off the course in being a better player. Throughout the pandemic in the past 18 months when india had no tournaments, I couldn’t go to the golf course and I have been working hard on these things by doing yoga regularly,working out everyday and making adjustments at home to keep in touch with the game. After having played over 10 years of tournaments including team events,I have experienced ups and downs and know how to keep not only mine but the teams morale up.
