2023 HighlightsPersonal Statement
My name is Kory Meireis and I am in the graduating class of 2025. I fell in love with golf from a very young age and have been around it my entire life. My father is the high school boys' and girls' golf coach, and has taught me from the beginning. I started playing competitively every summer starting in 2017, and made it to state individually my freshman and sophomore year. In recent years I haven't only worked hard on my swing, but I have worked on my mental game and attitude. My grades are very important to me and I always make sure they are my first priority. Moving forward my main goals are to be successful playing golf at the collegiate level while earning my degree in Business Management.

- Playing at my home course, I felt I could compete with the best at our golf course. After a good front shooting a 1 under 35, my putter got hot and I shot 3 under on the back for a carded 68 placing first.
