Personal Statement
My name is Casey Merriman and I have always fantasized about playing sports on the college and professional level. But, I haven't thought about actually doing it until my second year watching pro ice hockey. I just had to join a hockey team and play. Not until I played for a while did I feel like I could take my hockey skills to the next level. I feel like I am capable of making it to college ice hockey no matter the cost.
