Personal Statement
My name is Patrick Carroll. I am 16 years old and have been playing hockey since I was 4. Not until this year did I get involved in travel hockey playing for the Long Beach Applecore Midget 16U A team. For that team I was named one of the captains and have shown great leadership ability. I also play for my schools JV hockey teams. Unfortunately my school is unable to field a varsity team so I am forced to play JV although I feel I am able to play at the varsity level. I would like to continue my hockey career after high school because I have knowledge for the game and a great love for the game.
