John Kersey '22 Recruiting Profile

My collegiate goal is to achieve a Bachelors at a reputable University in Business and/or Communications. 

I have been playing Lacrosse since the second grade almost year round.  My preferred position is LSM. I am a natural ball handler and shooter.  As a freshman I played Jr Varsity and was voted Best Defensive Player of the Year and was pulled up to Varsity for CIF.  As a sophomore I was Varisty LSM starter but unfortunately season was interupted due to COVID.  After a strange 2020 I am back up and running finishing the Spring 2021 season strong as Varisty LSM starter.  I look forward to a jam packed Summer traveling the US and playing Lacrosse.

I am a generous player,  I support my teammates and my teammates can rely on me during play. I am also looking for a coach that can help me grow. My LAX philosophy is an assist is a good as a goal as long as it achieves a team win. I am social and enjoy spending time with my teammates on and off the field. My greatest passion outside of LAX is fishing.
