I am a very disciplined, goal-setting-athlete, student and driven young man. I put endless hours into my nutrition, my Faceoff training and my strength & conditioning. Daily, I am at the turf taking reps daily and in the gym training - I am repping 310-lbs for sets of 10 on the bench and am symmetrically strong and have explosive speed. I have turf in my dorm room at Westminster so I can take reps anytime i feel like it, I have a "quitting is not an option" mentality and I never stop chasing victory on the field and in my personal life. I look forward to continuing my quest with new goals in college.

- I body building with the anticipation of competing in body-performance events starting in 2025. I lift to build explosive power that specifically relates to face-offs. At age 16, 5'7", 165-lbs. - my PR bench was 325-lbs and my Squat was approx. 525-lbs (i don't try to PR my squat) . My goal is to get my Bench PR at 405 by the end of 2024.

- I follow a very specific nutrition program to ensure my health and wellbeing are in tact as well as optimal training nutrition. I weigh and measure my food at every meal.

- I train with a number of the TOP DII faceoff guys during the summer, repping many times per week as well as playing in a competitive college summer lacrosse leagues.
