I am looking forward to pursuing a University degree in Business as a student athlete playing lacrosse at a school that will give me an opportunity to achieve my academic goals and play the sport I love.
As a student athlete, I believe I will bring a positive attitude, positive health & lifestyle choices as well as a passion towards growth and achieving my goals.
As a 3.7 GPA student, I am working hard in school to set myself up for future success in the business world. I have been able to achieve a lot in lacrosse and I believe the same principles in developing and achieving these successes will help me in my academic success in post-secondary.
I was drafted 8th overall in the 2021 Jr A draft to the Jr A Mountaineers of the Rocky Mountain Lacrosse League. It was a great introduction into the next level of completion. I felt proud to contribute in my first year helping the Mounties compete in the 2021 Provincial Championship finals. It felt good being able to help my team on the floor with 4 goals & 8 assists in a shortened Covid year. The development of my skills and game play I have to this point can be attributed to the great coaching and teammates I had throughout my minor lacrosse career with the Calgary Axemen. We were able to win 3 Provincial Championships and 4 City Championships. I have also been able to experience the NLL Jr Lacrosse National tournament with the Calgary Roughnecks.
My coaches would say my strengths are determination, a very high lacrosse IQ, a strong belief in the importance of team work, and my competitive approach to the game are what makes me successful on the field.
