Albert Young '23 Recruiting Profile

I hope to compete at a collegiate institution which has both a competitive rowing team in addition to a rigorous academic course-load. In terms of ability, I truly started rowing starting the fall of my sophomore year and the progress I have made based on erg scores and race results prove that such progress only marks the beginning of my rowing career. In addition to the hard-work, discipline, motivation, and determination required to become a capable rower, I am the captain of the Whitemarsh Boys Team for the 2022 season as a junior and my additional leadership experience outside of crew through clubs and programs I believe separates me from many  of my peers.
