Jake Beron '27 Recruiting Profile

Having played soccer since age four, I have grown to love and respect the game. Soccer requires both mental and physical skills, and I have learned that you need both to be successful in soccer. My continuous dedication to my team, respect for my coaches, and consistent training exemplify my commitment and intention to be the best soccer player I can be. I have always dreamed about being a professional soccer player.

I play Men's Division 1 in the Vancouver Metro Soccer League, British Columbia's Premier Amateur adult soccer league. In July 2023, Washington Premier Football recruited me to play with the team in the ECNL National Playoffs in North Carolina. In February 2024, I spent two months in Amsterdam training with Wooter Academy under Coach Noardin Wooter while doing school online. I will return to Wooter Academy in February 2025 to train and play with the academy in Amsterdam's highest amateur league. I aim to play collegiate soccer at an NCAA DIV 1 level in the USA. My past and future experiences training and playing in Europe and my experience of playing in a Men's Division 1 league at the age of 15 truly sets me apart from other athletes.  A college education is essential to me, and I intend to study Business or Kinesiology. I am positive I will be an asset to your team and school because I am an extremely dedicated and driven student-athlete. Some of my strengths are that I am a diligent scholar, have good communication skills both on and off the field and, as captain of my soccer team, have gained leadership skills.

I am a skilled soccer player with polished technical skills and can make quick decisions on the field. I would be honoured to play with your team and learn from the coaches, staff and players at your school.
