My name is Shayen Singh, and alongside my twin brother Sayvian, I have dedicated over nine years to playing club soccer. Soccer has been a central passion in my life, complemented by my training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu since the age of 3. Together, my twin brother and I founded "Nerd Assassins," a lifestyle apparel brand that celebrates the synergy between academics and martial arts. With nearly 5K followers and over $15K in revenue, we are not only entrepreneurs but also authors, working on publishing a book that embodies our brand's ethos.
Although wrestling was once a part of my athletic journey, I made the decision to focus solely on soccer—a sport that I live and breathe. As we prepare to enter high school, my brother and I have already begun training with the varsity soccer coach. While soccer remains a cornerstone of my life, I recognize the importance of academic excellence. Thus, I am committed to maintaining a high grade point average, aiming for a 5.0 while taking honors and A.P. classes.
Looking ahead, my ambition is to attend a D1 University, where I can continue my soccer journey while pursuing a major in Data Science/Artificial Intelligence. Soccer has provided me with countless opportunities and invaluable life experiences. Alongside Jiu Jitsu, it has instilled in me a strong work ethic, emphasized the significance of teamwork, and ignited a lifelong passion that I aspire to share with younger generations as an elite coach.
