Kevin Byrne '14 Recruiting Profile

I am a 180lbs,6'4" center back from Loxahatchee, Florida. I am currently a senior taking online classes while living in England. I also play for Boynton Knights U19,FL. I have participated in ODP for the last three years, making the FL ODP and REG III Team each time. In December of 2012 Inter-Regional games at the IMG Academy, I captained the Region III Team and was selected for the All-Regions Tournament Team. A characteristic that I have is being a leader on the field. I was also the captain for my club team. Ideally, I would like to attend a Division 1 college, and study in the physical therapy/ medical field. Last summer I spent a week in England training with Stevenage FC from League One. I was asked by the Youth Academy Coach Darren Sarrl to join their academy. This school year as stated I am taking online classes, I've been in England since August playing for AFC Bournemouth Academy of Championship League. I hope to play professional one day in England.
