Ben Finkelstein '19 Recruiting Profile

I started playing team sports from a young age, and immediately I knew it would always be a deep passion of mine. I played soccer from the ages 4-8, and the picked it up again at the age of 13 in the beginning of eighth grade. Since stepping back onto the field, I have had the consistent aspirations to get to the collegiate level, and beyond.

I have excellent diving and saving abilities with strong hands and legs. I am a constant vocal team leader and always do my best to lead by example. I work to the best of my abilities, as I am always the first one on the field, and normally the last one off. As of now I play club soccer in the fall, and varsity high school soccer in the spring.

In the classroom, I work very hard and maintain a very high GPA. I am also a member of many clubs, including the mock trial team.

I want to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the field. I am open to pretty much any and all options and want to ultimately find a way to compete and succeed at the next level.
