Filip Samardzic '26 Recruiting Profile

My name is Filip Samardzic and I'm from Windsor, Ontario, Canada. I was born and lived here my whole life while playing soccer since day 1. My parents are Tanja Samardzic and Sinisa Samardzic, I also have a younger sister named Andrea Samardzic. My family has helped me become the person I am today. They have thought me to stay HUMBLE and that nothing comes without discipline and HARD WORK.

I am very excited to expand my athletics and education in the USA. I am a right footed ST(striker) but my left foot is a second nature to me and I am VERY comfortable using it at any time. I am really good at finishing, creating space, passing, and especially dribbling. My technique is very good in dribbling, shooting, and passing as I regularly make great plays for my team and I. I am very strong in 1v1s/duels and make goal scoring opportunities out of basically nothing. I have recently been nominated EXACT All American and received a trial invitation to an academy in Spain. I have played in AC Milan's Academy and did very well. I also got offered to play MLS Next with Vardar after a successful tryout. I am training with Windsor City FC U-20 mens team and gaining a lot of experience playing with older players. I am coachable, very hard working and willing to do anything that will help me reach the top.
