Byron Lopez '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Byron Lopez, I am a 2023 Senior at Saint Mary's Colgan in Pittsburg, Kansas. My goals are to attend a school where i can feel comfortable and that pushes me to be the best student i can be. I would love to graduate with a degree in either psychology or criminal justice. My dream job is to coach my hometown high school team, and lead them to a state championship, which is something we have never accomplished. Some of my strong characteristics are being a good leader, a good communicator and a great teammate, both on and off the field. I played my last soccer game of my high school career in October, and i am currently on the Varsity basketball team. In school and in sports, i always give my best to help the team and myself improve.  My goals for college soccer are to be part of a great soccer program, and to make a difference both on my team and in my community.
