Wyatt Arnold '22 Recruiting Profile

From the minute my coach put me in goal and I had a game saving stop using my face, I knew I wanted to be a goalkeeper, I was 7. Every day since then I've been a goalie on the field and off the field worked to better myself as a player. I've been trained by an ex MLS professional and an ex Olympian. I've played club at the highest level (Division 1) most of my career and the last 6 years I've played an age year up. In 2018 my Sporting Blue Valley Pre-Academy 02 team were the National Youth Futsal Champions, State Cup Runners up and played in multiple national showcases. Also, in 2018, my Freshman year in high school, I was the starting varsity goalkeeper, and was voted onto both first team all-conference and first team all-city.

I love the sport of soccer, I love directing the defense from the goal, I love the strategy, I love the competition, I love the challenge, and hope to continue playing in college. Soccer is immensely important to me, but my education comes first. As a gifted student with a 4.0+ GPA, I'm looking for a highly selective and challenging academic school where I have the opportunity to play soccer. I'm excited to begin working on relationships with the coaches and with the schools that can challenge me and provide me the best opportunity to further my education and play the sport I love.
