Samuel Gramlich '23 Recruiting Profile

I am a Senior (class of 2023) at Walter Johnson High School in Bethesda, Maryland. I play on the Freestate Soccer Academy Blue 2005 team competing in EDP Premier 1 and the MD state cup (winners of 2022 MD state cup). Also I was a four year varsity player and two year starter for my highschool. I scored 34 on the ACT and I’m a member of my school’s academically selective and accelerated APEX Scholars program  (https://www2.montgomeryschoolsmd.org/schools/wjhs/programs/apex/program_info). Coaches say I am great at organizing my back-line, communicating to my teammates, distributing from my hands and feet, and that I’m a strong shot stopper with good instincts. I am very coachable. I'm 6'3" and still growing but flexible and agile. COVID hit my family and my grades hard, but I am back on track with straight t A's first semester of this year. I want to play competitive soccer with a great coach and learn through direct interaction with great professors
