William Henderson '22 Recruiting Profile

When you live in a home immersed in the game, it is hard not to love it! With this love and passion for the game, I have found myself to be a dedicated and determined player who continually works hard on and off of the field knowing that nothing is for granted. With my great grades, high test scores, several leadership positions, and various extra curriculars, I have positioned myself to be a high-performing student. Having been a three-year Maryland State ODP player (two-year captain and leader in assists), a starter on the Sandy Spring Friends School Men’s Varsity Soccer (including as a freshman), an Elite Clubs National League “Player to Watch”, and 2019 Defensive MVP for the high school season, I consider myself a high-performing soccer player. Having high awareness and IQ, great technical ability, quickness, pace, successfully played 9 out of 11 positions (the two excluded being striker and keeper), and overcome adversity, I believe I would make a great candidate for your school as a student-athlete.
