Hello my name is Ned Sherman and I go to Essex Technical High school. Making the decision to attend Essex Tech was a hard thought decision but in the end I deiced to sacrifice playing soccer at a top program in the state (Masconomet High School) for a different type of education that i thought would best fit me. I just finished my junior season with Essex Tech and i have been a 3 year starter, and voted captain as a Junior. Being part of a growing program has been a great experience even though we haven't had the most success. I finished my Junior season as the second leading point scorer on my team (22 points) with 5 goals and 12 assists. I was also a conference all-star. I play for GPS U18 Elite club soccer team as well. Academically i stand out from other recruits. Along with taking regular academic classes I also get the privilege to take Masonry. Graduating High School with the ability to become a Mason is something that sets me apart from most recruits.
