Elijah Pacheco Bloch '21 Recruiting Profile

I am a person both on the pitch and in life who will put in a lot of work in an attempt to get it up to my own high standards I set for myself. Whether that is putting in hours of work into soccer drills by myself or with a friend whenever I have free time or studying for an extra couple of hours to make sure a test or presentation will go exactly as I plan, my  work ethic and attention to detail is one of my greatest strengths.

I am a consistently good student who has not gotten lower than a B- ever in my academic career and will always take this facet of my life very seriously. With me, academics are consistent and excellent.

In terms of athletics, I am always one of the strongest on the team as I have a very high lower body strength, which allows me to hit accurate passes over 30+ yards. In addition, having played and watched soccer since I was 3, my IQ in the sport is very high, allowing to to proccess and adapt tactics in the heat of a game.
