Personal Statement
My goal is to play collegiate level soccer at a academically strong school, and to be an influential player on and off the field. I’ve been playing soccer since the age of five and at the club level since the age of eight. For the past ten years I have dedicated my life outside of school to soccer, and I am looking to continue that through college. On the field I am a non-selfish playmaker always looking to better my teammates, while also being a driven attacker with great vision of the field who knows how to finish. I have the drive to be the best player and teammate on the field, and believe that I have the discipline and ability to achieve that at the next level. Through playing this sport I have learned the dedication needed off the field to be successful on the field, which I believe puts me above others. Off the field I am dedicated to going to the gym and going on runs to improve my strength and fitness, along with doing extra training with coaches. In the class room I hold the same standards for myself which allows for my consistently good grades.
