Ben Brewer - 2021...Personal Statement
I am 100% committed to playing soccer for a college program. Throughout most of my childhood, I was one of the smaller kids in my class in school. However, I still wanted to play at the same level as everyone else. This motivated me to give my maximum effort at every soccer practice and game, even if I was the smallest player on the team. I knew that I couldn't control my size but I could make sure no one worked harder than I did and always had a positive attitude and willingness to learn. This has paid off as I have found success on the field and am confident in my ability to impact the game with my play. I also work very hard in school and am proud to have a 3.84/4.0 GPA at the second highest rated school in the state of Missouri. I believe that my soccer skills, my hard work, personal values, and positive attitude would be a valuable asset to your program.
