Jake Langella '25 Recruiting Profile

Jake Joseph Langella started his soccer career at 4 years old playing for Marlboro Soccer Association and CTR training. Jake has stayed with the team for 12 years where in 2021 they won Nationals and then secured a spot in the NL Pro League. Leadership has always been a strong quality for Jake, as a team captain he is always driving his teammates to be the best they can be during practice and game time.  

After playing in the Pro League Jake decided he wanted more and needed to challenge himself looking to level up in competitive soccer.  Jake now plays with the Cedar Stars Monmouth MLS Next team where he is currently playing left back and left wing, Proving Jake is talented with both his right  and left foot.  Jake is looking forward to the next steps in his career, playing in a challenging league, continuing to grow as a top player, and hopefully being recruited for college soccer.

Jake believes in hard work and does not quit.  As a student, he is dedicated, participates in class, volunteer work, and also school clubs. As he gets closer to applying to colleges, he hopes to get into a great school where he can also play competitive college soccer.
