Isaac Colvin '19 Recruiting Profile

Since I began playing at age 4 I've always had a deep love for the game of soccer. For me, the game is an intricate puzzle with many different and changing scenarios to solve for. I love to think three or four plays ahead to try and unlock the defense. I have always studied players and watched more games from leagues around the world that I've lost count of those hours! As I developed through my club, Odyssey, I was fortunate to train and learn from various D1 to D3 college coaches along with former professional players turned coaches from Blackpool and Bolton. I also traveled to England for a week and played against various clubs at different levels of English soccer, realizing that I was hungry for this level of play.  At a young age I made my primary life goal to play soccer at the highest level possible. Through my time playing, I've learned that I am very competitive and really detest losing. I'm a born organizer and leader... Both on and off the field, having been captain of my team as well as attending leadership and team building soccer camps at Edinboro University. I know I'm searching for a program that will be a great fit for me athletically as well as academically. I believe I have the capacity to compete at the college level and Beyond. I know that I have what it takes to be a leader and make an immediate impact.
