My name is Sean Jacobs.
I attend Wesleyan Christian Academy in High Point, NC. I’m on the honor roll and take many AP and honor classes to help me prepare of college.
Outside of soccer and school I have volunteered at a homeless shelter in Winston Salem to provide meals for those in need. I have made luminaries for Christmas where the money went to the McDonald’s House of Winston Salem, I am a volunteer coach and have volunteered at IHM school in High Point for events for the school.
In soccer, my primary position is attacking mid. I can play other positions on the pitch if needed. I played 5 different offensive positions this year as we had a lot of injuries during the season.
I am currently on NCFCs ECNL team in Raleigh, NC. I play for Wesleyan Christian Academy in High Point, NC. We are one of the top high schools in the nation.
I’m looking to take my game to the college level and beyond. My goals for college are to get by degree, win a conference championship and win a national championship. I’ve learned through my time at Wesleyan Christian Academy that to achieve those goals you must be willing to sacrifice through hard work, being a team player and giving your best every time you step onto the pitch. My desire it to play pro after college. I know this is a lofty goal to set but I am committed to do whatever is needed to achieve these goals. My work ethic cannot be matched, even with current college level players. No one outworks me and I’m ready to show what I am capable of.
I’m a great addition to your team because of the work ethic that I display as well as my knowledge of the game. I give everything I have at practice as well as games. I’m always looking for ways to get better. I am a true team player and look for ways to not only improve myself but my teammates also.
I started playing soccer when I was very young and although I have played multiple sports my heart has always been with soccer. I have been on DA and ECNL and trained with UPSL and USL 2 teams.
When I run the middle I control the game and tempo for the team. I create opportunities for my teammates. I’m able to get the whole team involved in the game and we move and move together.
I really love this game and it’s time to move to the next level.
