I became interested in my sport when I was 5 years old and I started playing for a rec league team. I always loved going to training and playing games on the weekend. I have learned a lot about myself while playing soccer. For example, when I joined my current club we used to lose most of our games by a wide margin. This taught me to be positive and encourage my teammates even in the roughest times. As an 8th grader I am taking numerous high school classes and look to continue to take higher classes as I progress through high school. For college I would like to continue to challenge myself academically while continuing to play the sport that I love.
