Augustus Jensen '11 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Gus Jensen. I live in Norman, Oklahoma, and have played soccer for twelve years. Competitively, I have played for a total of eight years. I am 5'9"; I weigh 145 lbs, and I am a hard worker. As a junior, I started for my 6A high school soccer team. I made the All-District team and helped my team win the state championship. Academically I am traditionally on the Honor Roll (one semester exception). This year I am also taking courses at the nearby community college. My style of play is possession, I can control the middle of the field very well. I am working on communicating with my teammates, and directing them where to push a player defensively. My vision and touch on the ball are some of my strengths. I don't mind where I play college ball, I am hoping to get a good education and have some fun playing competitive soccer in college. I am open to different types of schools,from D1 to D3, big or small, I am looking for a good education.
