Idunu Afolabi '23 Recruiting Profile

Soccer is simply a sport I've fallen in love with, and something I want to continue to be involved in for as long as possible. I've always wanted to player soccer at an advanced level, so being able to play college soccer would have a big impact on my life.

I'm fast and adaptable and willing to listen and work on any technical changes that my coaches suggest. I play winger most often, but I can play midfield and full back. During practices, I come with a serious mindset and ready to give 100% effort on the field. 

I value school, and I put time into every subject to get good marks and keep a steady GPA. I was also involved in track last summer to improve my fitness and test my speed.

I want to attend a college that can push me to improve myself on the field and in the classroom. I am very open to any college but I eventually will choose the one that's fits best for me and offers high level competition. I hope to develop as a person and make my parents proud.
