Gerald Healy '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Liam Healy.  I am currently 16 years old and will play the Fall of 2023 with Tormenta FC u19's and their USL-A team.  I am a right footed Striker.

Last year I began my international journey to play soccer in Europe.  Over the past year I have played on the international stage at showcases, residencies, trials and training stints throughout Central Europe, and South America.  I have played in showcases in Cartagena, Columbia; Berlin, Germany; and Glasgow, Scotland.  I have also completed a full year residency in Amsterdam, Netherlands with Joga Academy and Wooter Academy.  In February of this year, I completed a trial in Villavincencio, Columbia with Llaneros F.C., and despite being the youngest player, won a professional contract offer to sign with Llaneros F.C.  After I left Llaneros F.C., I went and played in London, England for an amateur club’s u18-u19 team called Creative Academy.  I then headed to Lisbon, Portugal for a three-week trial with FC Bobadelense in April 2023. 

Prior to playing overseas in 2022-2023, I played for Tormenta u16 team.  We played in the MLSNext Southeast Conference, and made it to the MLSNext Cup in Frisco, TX. I led the team in points, and second in scoring.

My goal is to play professional soccer.
